Thank you for visiting and shopping with Sparks of Magic Collective. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Returns & Exchange Policy.

Shipping Methods

We use standard ground shipping with USPS flat rate packages in the Domestic U.S. states. Additional shipping fees apply to Hawai’i, Alaska and Puerto Rico. Please inquire for pricing and availability.  

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All in-stock orders are processed within 5 business days. Some handmade items may take up to 14 days for completion, processing and shipment. Please reach out if you have an immediate need and we will see if we can accommodate. Rush shipment and processing may apply.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

USPS Flat Rate Priority
2 – 4 business days

  • Small – $8.65

  • Medium – $13.20

  • Large – $18.30

*Please email us if you need rush shipping. Overnight delivery might be available depending on inventory and order processing status. This is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Sparks of Magic ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sparks of Magic Collective is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because of the custom nature of our items, we only offer returns at our discretion. All vintage items are sold “as is” and custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages
Sparks of Magic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please let us know and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
